  3. Delivery — matches your shipping policy exactly (3-5 business days, free over £180, £6.95 under, plus BBH's "not guaranteed in peak periods" caveat as your legal shield)
  4. Returns — deliberately restates the statutory 14-day cooling-off right alongside your 30-day policy
  5. Liability cap — standard, with your statutory rights preserved
  6. IP & trademarks — matters because you're selling Sage/Wilfa/Hario branded goods
